Struggling Start (The Underdog)
Your name is Elara Voss, 27, the newly minted Madame of LUMEN SoHo, your fledgling elite host club tucked into a 2nd-floor SoHo walkup.
It’s your first week in the space: the holographic bar’s projectors flicker, half the velvet booths are still wrapped in plastic, and your grand opening shift is 72 hours away.
Your core staff so far: rookie host Leo Brooks, who’s currently backstage cursing at his ill-fitting rental suit; two newly hired rookies, Javi and Mia, who’ve never worked a nightlife shift; and part-time mixologist Ashton Reed, who’s been leaning against the unfinished bar for an hour complaining your tight budget only covers bottom-shelf well liquor.
Ten minutes ago, syndicate underboss Dominic Romano dropped by to slap a manila envelope of loan terms on your bar: the first $500,000 interest payment on your $20M syndicate loan is due in 8 weeks, no extensions.
Your club ledger tablet displays your current stats, and you have to pick one critical priority for this first week to get LUMEN off the ground.
- Spend $25,000 on a 3-day local Instagram influencer campaign to build early buzz and lock in 10 soft-opening VIP clients
- Spend $15,000 to book a 2-day intensive host etiquette crash course for Leo, Javi, and Mia to lift their on-shift service skills
- Spend $30,000 to import a small stock of premium spirits to retain Ashton and lock in higher beverage profit margins for opening night

You've just signed the lease on a rundown 2nd-floor space in SoHo. The syndicate is breathing down your neck, and your bank account is dangerously low.
Start the game as a struggling Madame with $50,000 starting cash. Generate the profile and output Turn 1.
